The Premium Lounge offers comfortable surroundings in dedicated facilities where you can receive a personalized service. Applicants selecting this optional service are being attended privately and save time by avoiding queues.
The optional Premium Lounge service is per application form.

There is an optional prime time service per application available at the Visa Application Center for Greece in Cape Town.
Applicants who wish to submit their applications on Saturdays at the Visa Application Center for Greece will now be able to use Prime Time appointments for an extra charge.

Walk-In without an Appointment
Now you may submit your visa application during business hours even without a prior appointment at the Visa Application Center. With this service, you can submit your visa application on the day of your choice. Accommodating walk-in applicants will be dependent upon Visa Application Center's capacity and slot availability. This service is applicable for those:
- who have to travel urgently
- who have missed their prior appointment
- who cannot book their appointment on the desired day at desired time.

The courier service is applicable per passport.
You can choose to have your passport delivered back to your address by opting for this service while submitting your application. The submission officer at the Visa Application Centre for Greece will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through FedEx courier service after processing. Please make sure to correctly indicate your delivery address in case it is different from your home address. The delivery is available only on working days between 08:00 and 17:00 (the price of the service includes insurance cost).
Please note that in order to avoid a return to the Visa Application Centers, the passport return is only via the courier service at an additional cost per passport.

There is an optional form filling service per application form.
Applicants can have their Schengen application forms filled in at the Visa Application Center for Greece (VAC). An employee of the VAC will fill in the data based on the information given by the applicant.
The form filling service is voluntary and is not related to the general help and information to the applicant which remains free of charge. The form filling service is no prerequisite to the completeness of the application and does not influence the decision on the application. The VAC cannot be responsible for the outcome of the visa application.

When submitting your application, you can opt for the SMS message service applicable per passport.
You will receive text messages informing you step by step as your application is being processed until your passport is available for collection at your Visa Application Center for Greece or is being couriered to you. This service can be purchased only at the time of submitting your application at the Visa Application Center for Greece.
