We encourage you to submit the online application form and bring it filled out along with the required documents when visiting the Visa Application Centre (VAC) for Greece in South Africa to submit your application. This is done in order to help you prepare your application more effectively and save you time and efforts while you visit the VAC for Greece.
The “Data Protection Information” document (2) needs to be printed and submitted as a part of the Application file.
Prior to applying for your visa, be sure that you have checked all required documents depending on your purpose of travel.

You may create your account and after you receive a verification email, continue by setting a password. Now you are ready to login (please click Sign In on the right top corner of the Home page). On first login the system will ask you to select a Visa Application Center for Greece (VAC) based on your residence address.
Important note: Kindly be informed that applicants from Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, and Swaziland should apply via the Greek Visa Application Centre in Johannesburg, following the guidelines on this webpage, including the checklist for required documents. Kindly be informed that, as a rule, applicants must apply for a Schengen visa to Greece at the Visa Application Center based on their residence address. Applicants residing in the Western Cape, Northern Cape, or Eastern Cape must apply at the Greece Visa Application Center in Cape Town.

Once you have completed your application online, you must print it and bring it along with the required documents to your appointment at the VAC.
After you submit your application at the VAC, you can track its status online to check whether your passport is ready for collection.
